Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a material defect or damage, please email us at contact@saltandsail.com within 30 days of purchase.

We’ll review your photos, confirm the issue, and arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Your satisfaction matters to us—always.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

If you'd like to return or exchange an item that has no manufacturing defect:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the item, we’ll process an exchange or issue store credit within 8–10 business days.

Size Exchanges

We get it—finding the right fit can be tricky. If you need a different size, simply send the item back (customer pays return shipping). We’ll gladly exchange it as long as it’s in original condition.

To help avoid sizing issues, we always recommend checking our size chart before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things clear and fair, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged through normal use
